The Fischbach village dairy is 600 m above sea level on the beautiful Seerücken in the Canton of Thurgau.
The Dätwyler family have been dairy producers in this business since 1905. Roman Dätwyler is already running the 4th generation of the current private dairy. 200 tons of Emmentaler AOC is produced every year by 15 dairy producers from 2.6 million kg of milk.
The Fischbach dairy also has a small shop. Alongside a variety of fresh products the company’s own Emmentaler and fresh dairy butter are on sale.
