Cheese dairy Steinebrunn

The privately owned cheese dairy Wüthrich in Steinebrunn is in the county of Oberthurgau on Lake Constance.

We process yearly 10 million kilogram’s of non silage, natural milk from the region, to produce the delicious «Emmentaler Switzerland» and various other cheese specialities. The choice of products ranges from the delicate “Cremoso” to the classical “Emmentaler Switzerland” up to the spicy, fully matured “Rustico” with its salt crystals and salt water in the holes – an exclusive speciality out of our cheese dairy.
